Oh My God, I’ve got a bit too much online stuff to manage, hence the very long period of time not writing anything here. I began the Finding Findhorn blog but have decided to concentrate my focus and love into Rhythm In Colour which I have big ideas for.

So currently, I’m re-structuring, writing, building more solid foundations and becoming more FOCUSSED! A miracle has occurred!

We held our first mini Creative Writing with Music & Movement group here in Findhorn last night (7th September). The music that played often randomly was perfect in the moment to open what needed to open and flow out into intuitive movement & words.

Wow, grateful for a helluva lot this last two weeks!! What an incredibly abundant, juicy journey it has been. I’m so grateful to have met and connected from the heart to some beautiful people in Holland on an Accelerated Awakening retreat by Christian Pankhurst. I’m grateful for the cocoon of nature that surrounded the venue, orchards dripping with apples, pears and plums, tall cyprus (?) trees swaying in the wind, wild dancing, great food, sunshine and getting to know Holland some more.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to collaborate with the wonderful Marielle van Dop in our own ‘Flowing with Nature’ workshop which was hosted in a very sacred Nature space by Gerlinde. This really was a very special venue.

And my amazing Canadian friend who I stayed with in Kauai was living in The Netherlands! It felt so natural and exiting to connect with her again and meet her love. We had a very nurturing and adventurous time exploring Devarama, the most amazing beauty spa in Den Bosch.

I was back in Aberdeen for 3 days before moving north to Findhorn where I stayed in Fabian’s very cool eco Scandinavian house. Gosh, a million things to feel grateful for right now~ music sharing, singing, people attending my workshops, celebrating my mums birthday and now, staying in a Challey in the Findhorn community for a while. Oh and the use of a car ~ vvvery grateful for this right now what with my transience continuing!
